As
a LEED Accredited Professional, Surachai firmly believes in making
changes each and every day to sustain life not only for today, but for
our future. His goal is to enhance the public's awareness and perception of sustainability by providing visitors thought-provoking information on green buildings in
hope that everyone will gain a better insight on what the word
"sustainability" means to real estate. More interest from the public
will only yield positive results both for the field of sustainability
and the real estate industry as a whole.
Surachai has over ten years of
real estate experience working in the finance capacity and has been
involved in many construction projects during his career. He received
his M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University with an emphasis in Real
Estate Development and received his B.A. from University of South
Florida in Psychology. He is currently living in Tampa, FL with
his wife and three sons and has been a resident of Florida for
over twenty years.
